LR-Lite app for iPhone and iPad

LR-Lite is part of a family of enterprise applications that are designed to help ensure that all parties in a multi-party contract benefit to the maximum extent. For solution commissioners, LionRidge provides a template for running successful projects, an effective communications system between all the parties, real time logging of feedback about the solution progress and a real-time dashboard to allow executives to pick up very quickly any issues with the project. For solution providers and sub contractors, LionRidge gives them a voice right back to the commissioning executives without filtering by lower level project managers. By making sure that issues are picked up early, issues that might be covered up or distorted by lower level managers are brought in to the open and can be dealt with promptly, leading to maximum success for all parties.

LR-Lite also supports small-scale vendor selection exercises. The solution administrator defines the categories and topics on which the chosen vendor will be selected and also a matrix of which types of employees can score which categories. For example, an accountant might be allowed to score a responder on their financial viability but not on their technical capability, whereas an IT manager might score them on security and IT infrastructure.

LR-Lite is an entry level app, which for Satisfaction solutions, allows for 4 KPIs to be measured and ten users, including the solution administrator. Selection solutions can have up to ten categories and ten topics within each category.
